From 1 to 2 February 2020, the World Cup in Alpine Skiing Women in speed disciplines will be held in the mountain resort “Rosa Khutor” in the mountains of Sochi.

The women's stage of the world championship will be again taken by the Rosa Khutor resort. The World Cup calendar was approved at the Conference of the International Ski Federation (FIS). For the season 2019/2020, 46 races are scheduled for men and 42 for women.
As part of the competition, from February 1 to February 2, 2020, the women's stage of the World Cup in the downhill and supergiant disciplines will be held again at the mountain resort Rosa Khutor. In total, women have nine races on the calendar in the downhill, slalom and giant slalom, seven supergiant competitions, four alpine combinations and four parallel disciplines, the resort press service reports.
The resort’s tracks are certified by the International Ski Federation (FIS) for high-level competitions, including the Olympic Games, the World Cup and Europe, in downhill skiing disciplines (downhill and supergiant).
To get to the competition venue (Rosa Stadium), viewers will be able to take a free shuttle to Rosa Stadium on a private car or climb the Olympia cable car to the Olympic Village.
