“Open Skies” is an annual military-patriotic holiday, the main purpose of which is the patriotic education of young people and the enhancement of the image of military service. Traditionally, the event includes an exhibition of aviation, military, special equipment and weapons, paragliders, paratroopers and paratroopers of the 98th Guards Paratrooper Division, performances with local groups and Russian pop stars. In addition, every year the audience is waiting for some surprise.
