    The international rock festival in Samara, held annually from 2009 to 2013 and becoming the largest in Europe, announced its return.

    Over the 5 years of its existence, “Rock over the Volga” has been visited by more than 1.6 million people, the festival has outstripped such popular music forums as Glastonbury, Rock Am Ring, Nova Rock Festival.

    The concert ranks 11th in terms of attendance in the world, breaking its own record in 2013 and collecting 692,000 people in one day. June 27 will be the return of the legendary festival in an updated format.

    "Rock over the Volga" will bring together the best Russian and world performers to once again prove their leadership among music festivals.
