Competitive nominations of the festival:
- A large balloon sculpture (Theme - "Time Travel").
- A small balloon sculpture - Any Character.
- Black box.
- A balloon costume.
- Balloon bouquets for delivery.
- 12 minutes.
Participation in the Festival is free. The team independently provides itself with all the necessary materials and equipment. If necessary, upon prior request, the organizers of the Festival provide helium free of charge.
An important part of the festival program is workshops on teaching the art of decorating with balloons, which last 3 days. The best Russian and foreign experts share their experience and professional secrets.
