International Spring Ballooning Festival “Friendship of Peoples” will be held in Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl Region on the shores of Lake Pleshcheyevo.

20 hot air balloons, 20 teams from different countries. Invitations were sent to pilots from Armenia, Belarus, Hungary, Georgia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic.
The format of the event: in the morning flying in the balloons with a mass start, completing sports tasks, in the afternoon getting to know the culinary and musical traditions of various countries, in the evening flights and tethered lifts in hot air balloons.
The expected number of viewers is 10,000 people. Flights take place in the most beautiful places in the center of Russia - the Golden Ring: Lake Plescheyevo, Pereslavl-Zalessky, 5 monasteries, dozens of churches, earthen ramparts of the 12th century, a picturesque private sector and the quiet river Trubezh.
The general launch of balloons, mass flight is a very large-scale sight. The size of 1 balloon is like a 5-story building. Therefore, traditionally several central television channels cover our festivals; dozens of bloggers are present at each launch.
It is planned to engage the embassies of the participating countries in the life of the festival. The expected number of viewers is 10,000 people. Target audiences: families, youth, people of active age.
