International Music Competition for Young Performers, held annually in Sochi.

The 4th round (final) of the competition will be held in Sochi from August 24 to 29, 2019

“New Wave” is a great chance for young artists to demonstrate their musical abilities. From year to year, the fans of “New Wave” have a unique opportunity to see exclusive performances of world stars, to witness a bright and unforgettable musical holiday.

A busy program of every day of “New Wave”, favorite hits and new compositions, meetings of good friends, a boundless sea of positive emotions, the best artists - all this and much more awaits the guests of the Sochi music forum!

The performances of the Contestants are evaluated by the International Jury, which will include popular domestic and foreign performers, producers, representatives of foreign music companies. In the Final, the estimates are set on an 11-point system by open voting, which fully meets the criteria of International Competitions. The decision of the Jury is approved and documented. The decision of the Jury is final and not subject to revision.

Rewarding Prize fund

In case there are more than 3 prize holders, the prize fund is redistributed between the prize money holders in proportion to the occupied prize places. The amount of the prize fund does not increase.

The Audience Award is the winner’s diploma and the Diamond Wave valuable prize from the jewelry partner of the Twelve Thirteen Jewelery company competition. The winner is determined by the results of online voting on the official website of New Wave 2018 and TV viewers in an interactive mode with the web site of the competition.
