The popular festival of children's creativity will celebrate its fifteenth anniversary at the largest resort in Russia.

The festival "Kinotavrik" was originally conceived by its creator - film critic and producer Mark Rudinshtein - to support the national children's cinema. Over the past years, he not only was able to cross the national boundaries, but also to cover many creative hobbies related to children.

The event is attended by more than 400 artistic groups and performers from Russia, the CIS, as well as a number of foreign countries. Young participants of Kinotavrika compete for prizes in the following nominations: vocal, choreography, sports, theater and individual programs. The public gets acquainted with the new works of children's and youth film studios. The competition program of the festival of arts and cultural out-of-competition programs will take place on the stage of the Winter Theater and the stages of the city. On the stage of the concert hall a creative meeting with Boris Grachevsky and a show of new issues of the children's newsreel "Yeralash" will take place. There will be master classes in all genres from members of the jury of the competition program.

The main venue "Kinotavrika" is the Sochi Winter Theater. Competitive films will be shown in the cinema hall of the Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina, which stands on the main embankment of Sochi.
